On 01 January 2003, MSIC Transportation, Inc. (operating under the name iNFiNiTY Rent-a-car) began its operations with ten vehicles of different makes and models. It was the exclusive limousine provider to the Hotel Intercontinental Manila in Makati City. Europcar International handpicked MSIC Transportation Inc. to be its Philippine representative and franchise licensee, as they share the same mission and vision of professionalism and excellence.

In October 2006, MSIC Transportation forged a partnership through a franchise agreement with Europcar Asia Pacific (ECAP). The Bangkok-based ECAP handles franchise agreements and general operations in the Asian region, Australia, and New Zealand. The Asia Pacific franchise network includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Fiji, Laos, and Cambodia.

On 28 April 2008, Europcar Asia Pacific was acquired by Europcar International (ECI). This gives the Paris-based company direct operations in markets outside of Europe for the first time and enhances access to the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market.



Today, there are over 700 vehicles that range from the economy four-door, the versatile AUV, full-sized vans for up to 10 people and the luxurious limousine class. These vehicles are stationed in more than 20 rental locations that include 2 major hotels in the Makati Central Business District, Mandaluyong, BGC Taguig, Quezon City, Pasig City, Airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and in the various areas of Cebu, Pampanga, Laguna, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and General Santos City.

The Europcar Brand is present in over 150 countries with over 248,000 Rental Vehicles and FIVE (5) Million Customers all over the globe. In the Philippines, we serve international transients visiting for business and leisure as well as many clients from local government, multinational corporations, and SMEs. We are proud front liners welcoming diplomats, foreign officials, and heads of state as the choice transportation provider for many consulates, embassies, and international organizations.

In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Europcar was proud to serve various International Aid Organizations and Media Outlets during their coverage and relief efforts for Typhoon Yolanda (International name: Haiyan).  Furthermore, 2015 brought on the Papal Visit and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2015 Events, where Europcar was chosen as the Official Transport Provider.
